CC Real takes over the management of the Max City shopping center

CC Real has taken over the management (asset and property management, accounting and leasing) of the Max City shopping center in Pula, Croatia, with the intention of improving all processes in the day-to-day operation of the largest Istrian shopping center and achieving even better results. “We believe that with their knowledge, industry insights and local and international experience, our motivated team of professionals will contribute to the growth of the Max City in collaboration with tenants, partners and suppliers. We are looking forward to a new challenge”, said Davorin Profeta, director of CC Real.

 

Max City is the largest shopping center in Istria peninsula, with over 27,000 square meters of retail space and 800 covered parking spots. Opened in November 2018, it employs several hundred people and has about 60 excellent brands in its offer. It is the only shopping center in Istria that has stores such as H&M, Mango, Stradivarius, Bershka and Pull&Bear, as well as Reserved, Mohito and Sinsay, Elipso, L’occitane and CineStar multiplex cinema. It offers an excellent mix of gastronomic assortments, cozy cafes, a charging station for electric cars, Twister children’s playroom and many other contents to its visitors.

CC Real has been investing and providing commercial real estate management services since 2006, with an emphasis on quality and innovation. Through three City Center one shopping centers, it has invested as much as EUR 435 million in Croatia, which is one of the largest greenfield investments in the country.
