Millennium City

Millennium City is the “town center” of Vienna’s 20^th district and destination for entertainment seekers across the city and beyond

Joint acquisition with MSREI in 2014.
In 2019-2020 in order to pay tribute to the increasing demand for experiences the entertainment part underwent a major refurbishment including interior design as well as reshaping of retail spaces and shopping center entrances.
At the start of 2023, the redesign and refurbishment of the Wehlistraße passenger zone commenced, aimed at establishing a lively social gathering area featuring new paving, seating arrangements, and greenery.
In 2023, Millennium City was one of a few shopping centers which achieve DGNB Platin certification, as well as the EU Taxonomy certification.
Successful repositioning as neighbourhood & entertainment center with additionally services such as:
- primary care center
- urologist
As a result of the successful refurbishment and bringing in additional services, Millennium City has become a resilient asset with increasing rents by +28% and sales by +26% (2024 vs. 2019).
