City Center one Zagreb East is the third mall developed by CC Real in Croatia. It opened in spring of 2012 and with it the City Center one brand became the dominant market player in the region
- Greenfield development, opening in 2012 and full lease up during a challenging time in Croatia in the aftermath of the GFC.
- MSREI acquired 65% in 2015 and increased its stake in 2017 to 80%. CC Real remained co-invested and continued managing the asset.
- In autumn 2015 fully functional, modern and well-equipped food court developed with around 300 seats.
- Introduction of a state-of-the art Cineplexx seven-screen cinema and all major fashion brands to the centre (e..g Inditex, Mango, H&M, P&C, etc.).
- Sale to Hyprop in 2018, while CC Real stayed on as co-investor and operating partner.
- In 2019 CC Real sold the remaining stake to Hyprop but continues managing the asset.
- Continued development of the asset through the creation and execution of sustainable management strategy that includes proactive tenant relations and leasing tactics with a goal to upgrade and refresh the tenant mix.
