ITIS is among the largest shopping centers in Finland with over 120 stores, more than 40 restaurants and services ranging from private to public. Finland’s first and only IMAX cinema Finnkino Itis 9-screen multiplex opened in 2018.
- Acquisition of one of the leading and largest shopping centres in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area with 100,000+ sqm leasable retail and office area.
- Currently working on the repositioning of shopping centre towards a dominant lifestyle centre through active asset management initiatives, including changing the tenant mix, mall refurbishment, and revitalization of the square in front of the main entrance.
